Some of the psychological and emotional issues people experience are caused by demonic oppression.  In such cases, counseling and medication may not be helpful.  Deliverance prayers may be needed to set the person free.  Jesus said “This one ONLY comes out by prayer and fasting.” Mark 9:29.
