No one is exempt from the daily struggles of life. Unfortunately, the church is the only army that shoots their own generals when they are down. This is safe confidential environment where you will never be judged. We will encourage you to be human and we will listen to you with empathy to help you deal with any acute emotional or mental distress. We understand how difficult and lonely it is to be in ministry. The Bible presents many leaders who were overwhelmed. For example, Elijah, Jeremiah, Job, King David and even our Lord Jesus Christ in was overwhelmed with distress to the point of sweating blood in the garden of Gethsemaneand spiritual distress that you are experiencing.
Many pastors are experiencing burnout from ministry work.
- A third of pastors feel burned out during the first five years of ministry.1
- Approximately 13% of pastors are divorced.1
- Almost half (45%) of pastors have reported that they have experienced depression or burnout.1
- More than half (52%) of pastors report that they and their wife believe that being in the pastoral ministry is threatening to the health and well-being of their families.1

We can travel to your church to meet with you and your church leaders to counsel you through forgiveness, reconciliation and mediation.
Some weary pastors travel from out-of-state for intensive restorative counseling. Many have come to receive counseling, empowerment and restoration and have gone back to their ministry with power and authority to minister to their parishioners.
Our heart is for the church and church leaders; when the head aches the whole body also suffers.
